The place is very nice, the staff is helpful and kind! Honestly, the Romagna piadina (defined as the specialty) is not that great... Good but not worth the cost of the menu.... Then I don't understand the extra euro for the traditional piadina.... If one takes it whole, we will is, but for the traditional one I don't find the sense... We assume that the 60/70 euro lunch refers to the group of people who ate with you: on average a person spends 10/15 euros on eating and drinking with us. The cost of the traditional piadina is dictated by the supplier himself, who, being a craftsman, occasionally changes the prices of the supplies (but these are honestly our personal reasons). He probably chose the wrong recipe: reading all the other reviews, practically everyone appreciated our piadinas. He also regrets the 3-hour service: yet he described the staff as "helpful and kind". So what do you mean by service? Maybe we can improve it...More

It rarely happens that I give 5 stars to a restaurant or a piadina shop or simply to a coffee shop... This time I will give 5 stars but with one star less for the food because according to the limited experience I had in this cafe and by ordering a piadina in which there was a caramelized onion, I felt a too sweetish taste which made me a little ' disturbed.. but what positively struck me was that when I pointed it out to the owner, she accepted the advice and understood the dosage and I hope she also understood what to correct... The piadinas are good, the raw materials are excellent, the coffee and drinks are still excellent.. I should also say that the owners are welcoming and make you feel that you are at home... very friendly... This is why I gave it a 5... because I notice that it is a place that is trying to improve and that continues to evolve in friendship and business.. I forgot to mention that this place, this little coffee museum continues to be a true club or temple of culture of all kinds... an interesting thing... I recommend it to anyone who visits Ivrea...
