Good morning Nathan. Thank you for taking the time to place a review. I have had a team meeting regarding your statements. My staff attempted to explain to you about what a hot spot is and what link you had to go on to. In regards to the croissant - we are not open on the weekends and receive our baked good first thing in the morning. It is a shame that you left without asking for another option or further help with your I.t . issues. This is the issue I have with this platform. It is too easy to for a client to give their opinion without giving any chance to the operator to fix or help-
