Le Café du Gros Caillou est une adresse incontournable pour ceux qui recherchent l’ambiance authentique et chaleureuse de Lyon. Le cadre est très sympa, typique à la lyonnaise, avec une terrasse au top qui donne vraiment envie de profiter d’un bon moment entre amis ou en famille. Le patron est super sympa et accueillant, toujours aux petits soins pour que l’on passe un bon moment. On sent la passion et l’envie de bien faire, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. C’est un lieu où l’on se sent rapidement à l’aise, que ce soit pour prendre un café en journée ou partager un apéro en soirée. Bref, une ambiance conviviale, un cadre agréable et un service impeccable. Je recommande à 100 % si vous passez dans le coin ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nonchalants, ne font pas attention aux clients , je voulais poser une question on ne m’a même pas regardé en fuyant le regard. Attente d’au moins 20 minutes pour prendre une commande d’une bière et d’un caféil faut redescendre de votre pied destal. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A rather strange and even quite anxiety-inducing experience happened to me in this café. On 10/30/24, my companion and I went to the café to quench our thirst a little. The service seemed pleasant at first glance, with a particularly friendly and friendly waiter. My companion then left for a short time, leaving me alone for a few minutes. The waiter just then came out of the cafe and started looking around and commenting on the beauty of the fog and the vogue lights. Being alone on the terrace, he only spoke to me. Thinking he was just being sympathetic, I responded and made a few comments as well, not being overly enthusiastic, just to be sympathetic in return. Then he asked me if my companion “abandoned me”. I just replied that he was gone for a few moments but would come back soon. At the time, I found it a little strange but nothing more. My companion returned and the waiter left. After a few moments, my companion went to the bathroom again. I waited for him on the terrace while sipping my drink and the waiter came out. I wasn't particularly paying attention to him, but he started looking around me and said "Wow, the lights on the window are really beautiful, it would make a great portrait. I'll be back." . I barely had time to respond when he left for a few moments. He then came out with a camera and took three photos of me. That's my mistake: I let him do it without saying anything because in reality I was a little paralyzed, in a state of shock, I didn't really understand what was happening to me. To reassure myself, I told myself that he was a photographer on the side and that he would send me the photos afterwards. However, he only showed me the photos, my companion came back and left. I didn't even have contact details or anything else for him to send me the photos. So there's a waiter in Lyon who has three or four photos of me on a camera, which is a pretty terrifying thought for a woman. I would like the server in question to at least delete the photos of me that he took. What's more, after reporting the incident to my companion, he then shared with me the fact that the two servers were talking to each other while looking at him insistently, which contributed to an overall strange and oppressive atmosphere.
