We entered the Cafe and seated for a long time before a waiter came to take our order. When we have finished we had to wait for more than 20 minutes just to pay the bill. The waiters were not friendly and they ignoring us, serving other customers before us, despite the fact that we asked them for the bill before others.
This was very very disappointing given the name of the business is "well known".
We came from Australia and this was one very bad impression Austria/Salzburg has left to us. We will tell all of our friends back in Australia how bad the services from Cafe Mozart was, warning them not to go there when they travel to Salzburg.
By the way the quality of coffee was very average, not as good as the coffee you will find from most Cafe shops in Sydney. Trust me! When you come to Australia you will taste what is a good coffee!
