In February I met the Becher confectionery at the wedding fair. My friends and I were very excited about the variety of cakes. I then contacted Mr. Becher to arrange an appointment to select my cake for the wedding. On Saturday my friends and I drove from Gelsenkirchen to Bocholt because my appointment was at 11 a.m. There was no table left, we stood in the aisle and waited. Until an employee came to us. Mr. Becher didn't take the time for us. We were then advised halfway down the aisle and didn't get a table, let alone get to try a cake. We drove there from Gelsenkirchen especially for this purpose. We are very disappointed and of course we will not be coming back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went there for breakfast this morning and haven't gotten so little for my money in a long time. At our table there wasn't even a roll for each person and when we asked, we were annoyed and told that there were no more rolls, even though the bakery counter was still stocked with enough rolls. There was also supermarket cheese, some cold cuts, scrambled eggs and plastic-wrapped butter, honey and jam. The highlight, however, was the annoyed, unfriendly and poor service from the owner herself. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
