I simply try to avoid grabbing a bite to eat here... even though there are only 2 places in the Galleries to eat. The baked goods are nice, but the selection of food is pretty mediocre. But the main reason I usually steer clear of this place is the terrible service. There is a woman who works there most days of the week, who I believe came from another store in the mall, who cant seem to get a smile on her face to save her life. She serves nearly everyone with a straight face and straight talk... as if she hates her job or the people she is serving. I've even been there before with a colleague to grab a quick treat... this employee was cleaning tables so we were waiting patiently for her to finish... she looked at us twice... a regular client called out to her to see if she noticed us waiting to be served, and she rolled her eyes, said "yeah, so?", and went back to wiping tables. We left. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I thought after so long of her being there she would have been let go by now... but I guess the boss would have no idea about the terrible service she provides considering there is ZERO way of contacting him... no website, no Facebook page, no contact info ANYWHERE.... So I resort to writing my comments here.
