I once sat at Cafe Latino and the waiter gave better service to another customer than he did me. I didn't feel too happy with the service he gave me. The other time I sat there, the waitress and the manager served me, and their service was top tier. So, I'm not sure how to rate the service. I guess the second time made up for the first time. Their food is amazing. I can't complain about the food. The atmosphere is amazing as well. However, because of my sore back, I would love a more comfortable, warmer seating... but that's just me. Other than that, it's fine just as it is. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Most amazing experience. Not expensive. Worth every bite. Staff very friendly and welcoming. This is a must visit

Good day I was there with my daughter today.I sat down and there was tomato sauce on my hand and leg.I cleaned it with a wet wipe.I called the waiter for a cloth and clean the chair which was full of tomato sauce.I did shopping the whole N1 through.my last stop was checkers and the lady behind told me there is something on my top and legs.I was very disgusted and ashamed. My daughter tried to clean me up with a wet wipe.I went back to your shop and ask to speak to the manager.The lady replied she is the manager.I explained to her and I was very upset.The answer was...wat moet ek se mevrou jammer.I explained to her my top was like R400 and the humiliation I felt walking through N1 .I also told her that you will lose customers.Very upset I waited for my daughter and saw this manager discussing this with another client.This is real bad
