My wife and I went here for our anniversary and I can say for a fact this is probably some of the best food/service I've ever had. The cacio e pepe with guanciale was absolutely amazing and they served a liquid pizza and tortellini fritto that was to die for. We also had the A5 wagyu while we were there and it just melts in your mouth. Outstanding service, amazing food, we will be back! I have been in many restaurants in the last year, with my activity of animation for events and murder mystery dinners, often with excellent cuisine, but after having been to Corte Villa Rossi, I can say that so far no one is at his level. And I've tried so many! The place is enchanting, furnished with taste and respect for the history behind it. The staff is young, courteous and dynamic. But the best surprise lies precisely in the cuisine and in the passion and talent of the young Chef, who is also very hospitable, helpful and friendly. The dishes are a concert of flavors in which each ingredient that composes it is recognizable and exalted. Truly a joy for the palate and also a pleasure for the eyes. Excellent ingredients expertly combined. Every single dish on the menu tasted spot on and truly gave me a unique pleasure dining experience. Seeing is believing! Congratulations!!!
