I wish I could give zero stars. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. I specifically requested tenders in my poutine instead of the frozen chicken strips. I even left a note to ensure this, but they completely ignored it. When I asked about it, they casually told me they had stopped adding tenders to poutine. Fine, but shouldn’t they have contacted me before making the food? Instead, they just went ahead and didn’t even apologize for the mistake. I was left completely unattended and treated as if my concerns didn’t matter. This place doesn’t value its customers or their needs.

Great little chicken spot. I went there for their Wednesday chicken sandwich special. I opted for the spicy sandwich and it was very good. A tender piece of crispy chicken that came with lettuce, tomato, red onion dressed with a spicy mayo sauce, so good! They also have great desserts and a good selection of premium drinks like PRIME and some rare soda flavours that are not regularly seen at other stores. Highly recommended! Just had lunch at Chicken Kitchen Cambridge, and wow, this place is awesome! The chicken was super crispy and so tasty—like, easily the best I’ve had in a while. I got the combo with fries, and everything was perfect. The portions were big, and I left feeling super full. The vibe inside is pretty chill, and the staff were really friendly and quick with the service. Plus, the whole place was clean, which is always a plus. If you’re looking for a solid spot to grab some great chicken, you gotta check this place out. Definitely coming back with my friends soon!
