Starting with the chicken thighs - the brine definitely needs to be worked on as the meat was practically tasteless. That or an adjustment of the disproportionate ratio of sauces and the other ingredients, you’re way too heavy on the ketchup. Labelling any of the burgers as hot/spicy is a reach. Fries were good tho.
