If you only know normal bakeries that offer you “breakfast”, then you think, OK, what could be different here? However, I quickly became convinced of the opposite. Unlike the bakers, there is a great breakfast for 5 people here, which is similar to a buffet. The buffet is filled with lots of good and tasty ingredients, from a meat platter, a cheese platter and salmon of your choice. Everything as you would expect. Scrambled eggs and rolls as well as coffee and tea are included in the price. Now we come to the actual special behind it. The service was just phenomenally good. Luckily, there were things I wouldn't get from a normal baker. Everything you got could be brought back free of charge, even partially changed. At the beginning we got a Mediterranean scrambled egg, but it wasn't to my taste, and when it was empty, you could even have a normal scrambled egg brought, which was incredibly good. Just the same with everything you got. Tea and coffee were also included, or more salmon, everything could be requested again and exceptions were even made when it came to the number of people. Unfortunately there were only four of us and we were still able to order breakfast. TLDR: I can only highly recommend it, the cocoa and also the scrambled eggs were my favorites of the day, but of course the selection also made a difference! If I'm in Herford again, I would love to go to this establishment again. For the ambience I only deducted one star because you noticed that the furniture was a bit older and everything was a bit worn out and I just don't have much taste when it comes to the ambience.
