The Bulgari Bar est proche de Orto Botanico di Brera. Les clients n'apprécient pas vraiment prendre un poisson à ce bar. L'atmosphère intime de The Bulgari Bar permet aux invités de se reposer après une longue journée de travail. Un personnel énervant est la seule chose qui puisse gâcher votre soirée dans ce lieu. Un service digne est toujours un plaisir. D'après le classement de Google, cet endroit a obtenu un score de 4.2.

Tellement déçu !! Nous avons été installés pour l'apéritif à une table dans le jardin qui était sale tout comme le canapé. Des pigeons étaient présents et dérangeaient toutes les tables, attirés par les restes de nourritures que les employés laissaient derrière leur comptoir. Le service : inacceptable pour ce genre d'établissement : on vous dépose le verre de cocktail à 25€ plein à ras bord en bout de table, à vous d'aller le chercher. Pas de serviettes non plus. Mais le pire : nous avons commandé à manger pour l'apéritif des calamars fris : c'était des miettes de calamar dans une tout petite assiette !! Tellement décevant au regard du standing que l'établissement se donne et du prix ! Nous étions allés dans cet établissement il y a quelques années et nous avions été satisfaits, mais visiblement la qualité de service et des plats ont considérablement baissé... Et attention aux moustiques sur la terrasse qui nous ont dévoré les jambes. Un mauvais moment. 2 étoiles car le cocktail maison était bon.

I visited the Bulgaru Bar in Milan on two consecutive evenings. On the first night (a Tuesday), the bar was unexpectedly closed for a private event with no notice online or at the entrance, which was disappointing for a venue of this caliber. Given BVLGARI’s reputation, I decided to return the following night to give it another try. The atmosphere and décor are undeniably beautiful — the space features exquisite pieces from the BVLGARI collections that create a luxurious and elegant setting. I stopped in solo for a couple of drinks, and the bar was far from busy, yet the service did not reflect the brand’s world-class standards. My wine order was forgotten multiple times, and the team seemed distracted, including both the floor staff and bartender. There were several high-profile guests present, including a Fortune 500 CEO, which may have contributed to the lack of attention, but it still felt below expectations for such a renowned establishment. While the environment is gorgeous, the service experience did not match the BVLGARI brand reputation. I’m unsure whether I would make an effort to return on future visits.

We had the pleasure of going to The Bulgari Bar in June, and it was a wonderful experience. We had seating in the garden and were given a very large seating area outside, right next to the green space which was perfect as we had two kids with us. Our waiter was very kind and attentive towards us. All the drinks were very well executed, we tried the negroni, the other specialty drinks and later on, wines. The kids were able to request customized smoothies for themselves. The small bites were delicious, especially the frittatine di pasta which were devoured by the kids. The atmosphere is refined, quiet, and lovely- a fair mix of locals meeting for drinks, those meeting for business over drinks, and well-heeled tourists- mostly adults, I believe we were the only ones with kids but I think it's fair enough to say if your kids are old enough to not get too bored and/or able to entertain themselves without the possibility of disturbing other tables, it's okay to bring them. Over all, the Bulgari Bar is a wonderful place to enjoy an aperitivo. Highly recommend.
