I passed by very often, but from afar I liked the establishment. And finally I had the pleasure of getting to know this establishment. I ordered fruit tea and pasta with seafood from a beautiful menu for 990 rubles (for some it’s cheap, for some it’s expensive, I think that a VERY good dish can cost that much, I’m a big fan of pastas and I was incredibly curious). Everything was accepted and delivered beautifully. The tea turned out to be very tasty, but the pasta was not only disappointing, it was terrible. It's hard to screw up pasta, but we did it here. There was no sauce, just butter, the black spaghetti literally crunched because it had a fried crust; the seafood was overcooked and also had a thick fried crust. It was impossible to consume even a quarter of the dish, as there was a lot of oil with each fork. The dish for 990 rubles turned out to be fried pasta with butter. The waiters didn’t come for a long time, well, most likely, they were waiting for me to finish this masterpiece, but alas... Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Доброго времени суток, Я являюсь ресторанным обозревателем по городу Ростов-на-Дону, были проездом в ТЦ Columbus, решили посетить заведение VASILCHUKÍ Chaihona №1 по адресу: Кировоградская улица, 13А. Хостес, вопросов нет, приветливые девчонки, все сделали как нужно, что касаемо обслуживания, у нас был официант по имени Ярослав, когда мы сделали небольшой заказ, я спросил что ни будь посоветовать ваше фирменное блюдо, он начал заблуждаться и не было никакой конкретики, для того чтоб бы опустить вопрос о моем предложение я согласился на блюдо которые он еле еле произнес неуверенно. У нас в заказе были блюда, так сажем сложные (плов, шурпа) их вынесли первыми, плов и шурпа были еле теплыми, фри нам вынесли в последний момент, на вопрос почему фри подается так долго, Ярослав сказал основные блюда готовятся быстрее. (окей, пусть будет так)
В заказе был Жаренный сулугуни с томатами, его подача была долгой, и когда его принесли он был ужасно холодный, твердый и сыр естественно совсем не тянулся. Блюда состоит из 4 кусочков, два мы разрезали для пробы. Я попросил сделать замену, через минут 5-7 нам принесли Внимание: эти же два кусочка (уверен их погрели в микроволновке или на сковородке) хотя должны были заменить по правилам. На вопрос почему принесли 2 кусочка а не 4, Ярослав сказал "ну вы же 2 отдали" , смешно :D. я сказал, вы же понимаете что это полный бред, он согласился. Мое второе предложение было, давайте мы тогда не будем платить за то что не съели. Все дружно посмеялись. Вывод: ресторан и сама сеть очень хорошо держит статус и качество на рынке, т.к. у нас в Ростове-на-Дону есть такая же VASILCHUKÍ Chaihona №1, и в ней все на высшем уровне.
