I usually order from the Einat branch, but because it is under renovation, the order was directed *unfortunately* to the Kfar Saba branch in Complex G Everything that could go wrong with a food order happened with this order. The food arrived frozen, the option of the toppings in the hamburger that I mentioned was not considered, an additional portion of chips that was ordered did not arrive. When I called to complain, they directly objected to what I had to say, claiming that I was lying. Also about the additional portion of chips that I ordered and did not arrive, they claimed that I was lying and objected on the claim that the order was in front of their eyes and that the portion was not ordered. Because of the audacity I did not give up and asked to check the invoice in depth and wonder and wonder after another check the dish was indeed ordered. Unfortunately, immediately after he realized that I was telling the truth (and there is no way to avoid it because there is a printed invoice) the disparaging and humiliating talk started. If he had apologized for the omissions in the order, returned the money for the dish that was not delivered and did not treat me as a liar the entire conversation, I would not be writing this review today.
