Service nice. Order was taken quickly. Drinks and food were quickly at the table. Unfortunately, the burger patty and chicken bites were inedible as both were burnt and dry. Fries were nice and crispy, unfortunately very greasy. It's a shame for the money you leave behind. Ambience ok. Unfortunately it's difficult to judge in the dark, as there is poor but sufficient lighting there. It was also really cold inside, which the mobile heater in the middle of the store unfortunately couldn't do anything about. The staff also had to take their break at a table in the restaurant, as there appears to be no break room or similar in this small restaurant (- it takes some getting used to and is basically not a real break, as the break had to be interrupted again and again to serve guests) All in all, I would not visit the Burger Nerds branch in Walsum again and would recommend the BN branch in Wesel to anyone who expects a nice ambience and good food for their money.
