Unfortunately, after yet another lack of attention towards the customer, I have to write this. A few days ago, like every week, I went to the Burger King in Seregno, I live nearby. I placed my order at the drive-through. When I got home I saw that 12 kilo cheese bites were missing, when I called the restaurant and they told me, writing down my name, that the next time I would receive the missing part without paying for it obviously. Today I go to the restaurant drive again, I place another order, I indicate my name and they confirm that they are making the blessed bites, I wait, I take the bag and go home. Again a nice surprise, actually 3, not only were the 12 bites missing again but moreover the sandwich was with raw meat and chips with a coin of cheddar. I think that a customer who pays demands to receive adequate service, but given the continuous shortcomings, from a restaurant I always go to, I have to make this complaint and I hope it is not useless Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
