Burger King Riccione. We placed two orders via the app, with pickup at King Drive. We arrive by car at the column and no one showed up. Since we placed the order via the app we went to the cash register, but the employee, whose name is Samuele, told us that we had to go around the block to give him the order number. We go around the block again and he leaves us to rot for 20 minutes without anyone speaking. After 20 minutes we tell him the order numbers, he stops us abruptly and tells us that we have to go around the drive for each order number, adding: "here we are at Burger King, not at Mc Donald's, you have to go around and Enough".
