Lack of professionalism and terrible problem management I placed an order at Burger King via the touchscreen system, paid regularly and received confirmation of the transaction (also via my bank). However, upon collection I was told that the order "did not appear" due to an internal technical problem. Instead of resolving the situation by providing me with the products already paid for, I was forced to redo the order and pay a second time . I was promised a refund within 24 hours, but after 48 hours I still have not received anything and now I have to go back to the restaurant personally to complain. I find this management extremely unprofessional: it is not acceptable that a customer has to suffer inconvenience and fight to get a refund for an error that is clearly the restaurant's. P.S: the sales assistant also told me that "I know how to argue too" while I rightly expressed my discomfort with the situation. "Excellent" service I would say Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
