Today my family and I visited this place because we arrived at the station and we were hungry. The first thing that catches your eye is the small number of ordering screens, one of which was broken. After receiving our orders, we saw that two drinks had not been given. We went to tell him about it and the staff must have thought we were making fun of him and checked our check very carefully. We ate on the second floor as there was nowhere to sit downstairs. During the meal, an employee approached us and told us that when we were done go downstairs, why is this lounge closing (even though there are so few seats downstairs that there is simply nowhere for people can sit and eat). When we got off we never found a place to sit. It is a big inconvenience not to be able to drink coffee, even if there is a coffee shop on the premises. The next problem was the bathroom. To go to the bathroom you need to ask the cashier for a token with which to try to open the lock. The toilet itself doesn't even have paper inside and the hand dryer doesn't work.
