Bad experience at the Buone Nuove restaurant. I had dinner here years ago while attending an event, we had a very good time, but this time it was a big disappointment. The food was not of high quality, moreover the appetizer buffet, which had to be organized for a certain number of people, was not sufficient, several people arrived in front of the now empty service table. While trying to make up for it by bringing out some more starters, the manager responded in a rather rude manner, both on this occasion and later. The only thing that saved the situation is the room service, professional, kind and helpful people. You go through the quality of the food, but the courtesy of those who run a place is the most important thing. Not recommended. There are many excellent restaurants in Perugia, Buone Nuove is not on the list. Food: 2 Service: 4

We stayed at the Chocohotel and booked the chocomenú at the restaurant with wine tasting included, we were looked after in an excellent manner and the experience was truly unforgettable from starter to dessert, furthermore the price is more than honest because we tasted quality dishes and abundant. If we happen to pass through Perugia again we will certainly return.
