Douglas Fir Resort Waterslides & Pools est un parfait complément à l'expérience de ce café. Des sandwichs délectables sont les plats les plus savoureux. Rien n'est mieux que d'essayer des croissants savoureux. Buffalo Mountain Lodge offre un café immense parmi ses boissons.

Assis à l'extérieur, vous pourrez apprécier une vue magnifique. Un personnel digne attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Si vous voulez profiter d'un service sympa, vous devriez aller à ce lieu. C'est une bonne nouvelle pour les clients que cet endroit propose un prix raisonnable. Il y a une atmosphère calme et une cheminée énorme à ce café. 4.2 est la note que Buffalo Mountain Lodge a obtenu du sytème de notation de Google.

Overall great location and beautiful setting. The grounds and the hot tub is great. I stayed here 10 years ago in the winter and I feel that it’s a better winter stay. The lack of AC, terrible shower and bad pillows made the 650$ a night bill a hard pill to swallow. This place needs to be modernized if it’s going to charge these rates. Service: 4

We booked a two day vacation at Buffalo Mountain Lodge that came with a free breakfast. Upon check-in we were provided with a free room upgrade to a suite which was great. The room had a built-in wood fireplace along with materials to start it, which was great during the -20C weather. The room also came with a kitchenette with burners, microwave, sink and pots and pans. The living room and bedroom both had a tv (although the living room tv was in an odd spot.) The bed was a king-sized mattress with a fairly large tv and very good lighting. The bed also had a great duvet, which was needed for the cold night. I will say the mattress was a bit lumpy, and would have liked some fluffy pillows. The bathroom was my only complaint with some of the wall fixtures being loose and the shower door not sliding correctly due to the sloping floor. The room was clean with plenty of towels and hot water though, so this was a minor complaint. The food options were fairly good in the main lodge. I was expecting the free breakfast to be buffet style but instead, it was a standard breakfast menu with good options. The dinner menu was also great, and on check-in they had a valentine's 3-course dinner as an option. Finally, location. Initially I was worried about its distance to town as the Google Map suggestion gave us a long winding path up through some closed campgrounds. But after check-in, we were actually only a 10 minute drive into town. In addition, the Banff city bus service stopped just outside of the resort and would only be $2 into town. Cash only for the bus though. If I did have a complaint about the location is that during the cold night, I did not want to leave the room even though it was very near the lodge. Overall, I would recommend Buffalo Mountain Lodge to others, and would hope to return in the summer if the price is okay.
