Paying €120 (without wine, just water and €1 for a Coca-Cola) for a very simple meat with tufello in a small, confusing place with drafts of cold and when you go out you even smell like eating, I find it crazy You basically pay the same as a top quality meat restaurant in the centre I'm still digesting the chicory full of garlic Normal meat 1kg €89 calculating 250gr of bone you practically eat 750gr of normal meat tending towards hardness (normal) €89? The potatoes are good and the bread is good too But I repeat, comparing the prices with excellent meat restaurants in the centre, very renowned and even larger, it seems really a lot! Excuse me Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €60–70 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I've been a big fan of Bufalero, but prices have skyrocketed, up 33% on virtually all main dishes in less than two years. Cuts from €24 to €32 (+33%), mixed fried food from 5 to 8 (+60%), rustic palette from 18 to 24 (+33%), sausages from 9 to 12 (+33%), for talk about tartares increased between 30 and 60%. A little less sandwiches, drinks and pasta. Inflation is fine but it's exaggerated, it's always the same dishes, the same (excellent) quality - what justifies this significant increase? Meh EDIT: thanks for the immediate response, but practically all the values reported are incorrect. The real data is easily verifiable on the Istat website as well as a simple Google search. 1) the cost of electricity has not increased by 200%. In 2022 it increased by 110%, only to then decrease in 2023 by 10% and 45% in 2024. Therefore compared to 2021 from "100" it went to 210 in 2022, it dropped to 190 in 2023 and 122 in 2024 , so an increase of 22%, not 200%. 2) gas increased 73% in 2022, decreased 6.5% in 2023, and remained relatively unchanged in 2024. It then went from "100" to 173, then dropped to 160, a 60% increase 3) petrol increased by 12% compared to 2019 4) IRES remained unchanged at 24% so no, you don't pay any more taxes 5) Italian salaries increased by 1% in 2022 and 4% in 2023 (maybe yours increased... because you increased prices :) ) 6) I won't go into the details of the prices of your products because I don't know the dynamics with the suppliers of fine meats, I can only say that the consumer prices of meats have increased by 5% per year in the last 3 years, so if before they were expensive - for example "100" today cost 115, or 15% more 7) the only correct data is the price of olive oil which grew by 8% in 2022, 35% in 2023 and 40% in 2024. If before it cost, again for example, €6/L , today it costs €12.20, or a 100% increase Please, let's not justify price increases with generalizations Second Edit: Thanks for the reply, I appreciate the conversation and dialogue; just to summarize the meaning of my words in order to draw constructive feedback: in my opinion you have raised the prices too much - free to agree or not. Thanks and good work! Service: Dine in Price per person: €50–60 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Steak

Our bills have increased by 200%, electricity, as explained, gas 100%, meat, such as chicken or other similar products, just go to any supermarket to see the price they cost and how much the prices vary every day/week on individual products. Just a couple of days ago, our dairy supplier informed us that from September there will be a further increase in products due to lack of milk in the south. Do you remember when oil was paid at €3 per litre? Now we are over 10 for an average oil. Consider that there was a moment when one of our main meat suppliers sent us weekly increases without even notifying us, because that is the market, and he certainly cannot lose out, and consequently neither do we. You give a very nice, detailed speech, but you probably don't know all the facets of small and medium-sized businesses specifically. Furthermore, since the opening in 2019 the place has evolved, we have invested in machinery and even higher quality products (they are not the same as when we opened). Do you know that by maturing meat there is a weight loss of around 30%? Probably not. Salaries are no longer what they were before, as they should be, work must be paid, and trained employees cost money. We offer quality and as mentioned we had to adapt, we tried to wait, but it had become unsustainable. Having said that, I could send you PDFs of the invoices and bills, we are always available for any type of clarification, but this conversation/review/criticism is becoming rather sterile, because it doesn't give us any help to improve, all the feedback from our customers is important to us. customers, but making a speech like that, without talking about food, location, service, leads nowhere. We thank you anyway and strongly recommend that, should you decide, to come and visit us on the promo evenings, where the prices are really favorable, and not because different or poor quality products are served, it's simply marketing and company policy. Cordially. Bufalero ***Dear Fabrizio, we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. Unfortunately in recent years, as I think the whole world knows, there have been disproportionate increases in all kinds of things. I would start with electricity +200%, gas +100%, meat +35/40%, vegetables + 30/40%, extra oil +60/70% and I could go on with much more: such as: petrol, rent, salaries, taxes, and I could continue... As you well know, during the week we do various promotions where the price is very advantageous and I recommend them to you. For several years we left prices unchanged, then, unfortunately, we had to adapt to the quality we serve. Having said that, we are available for any clarification, and if you decide to come back to visit us we will be happy. Thank you. BufaleroMore
