Le produit est bon, Mais le service laisse à désirer! Deux personnes incapables de travailler avec un rythme normal!! Ils sont trop lents le garçon qui prends la commande se plie sur deux sur le comptoir avec son stylo et son papier et écrit le plus lentement possible comme s’il s’agissait de ses derniers vœux !! La jeune femme elle,elle coupe les fruit avec précaution on dirait elle fait une sculpture ! J’ai attendus plus que 45 min !!! Et le pire c’est que devant moi il n’y avait que 5 personne ! Grouillez vous les gars ! Il faut travailler bien et surtout vite !

We used to go to this store at the end of our weekly PlusCity visit, but lately it's not what it used to be :( The service was extremely unfriendly and the ice cream was slapped up in front of us almost with force and only a teaspoon of fruit instead of a good portion as before, I think so we get the sense that the lady no longer feels like eating something shortly before closing time make. Unfortunately we will not be visiting this store again in the future. Too bad Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Unfortunately you have to give a star to rate it here. :-( We were at Bubble Waffle Pluscity on March 26th, 2021 and also the last time! There were 3 women at the start and there was nothing going on! It took forever to even get served. Totally overwhelming. Maybe just talk less and work more! I ordered a banana roll. I got a pineapple roll. When I didn't want to take the waffle, the woman said (with an arrogant arrogance) that I had ordered wrong! When I said that you don't talk to customers like that, she just said that she was the boss here and that she could do without such customers. She was aggressive and short-tempered towards me. You clearly felt that your own incompetence was being covered up by bad behavior. The “boss” will certainly do without me and a few more customers in the future! Wish you continue to have a bad business with bad employees. Pride comes before a fall. If you don't understand, just google it.

Two of the three girls started school on that day and it was their first day. “Nothing going on” is also very rare for us - fortunately for us, we enjoy a lot of demand and so of course there are corresponding waiting times. Of course, for the sake of fairness, we checked the whole thing and found that you were served by us after just 4 minutes of waiting. At 2:37 p.m. on the day in question you came to us with a companion, at 2:38 p.m. our daughter (who was starting school with the other two girls) greeted you and asked you for a moment. So your order was taken at 2:41 p.m. Here is also the crucial point: Unfortunately, it was not you, but your companion who ordered for both of you. And so there was a mistake in communication: your companion ordered a pineapple roll with banana filling in the bubbles for you, where you then realized after receiving the waffle that you wanted a banana roll instead. Something like this can happen if you don't order it yourself, but that's not a tragedy. Because our competent workforce, who was conducting training at the same time, improved it for you and you received your banana roll straight away - at 2:51 p.m., just 10 minutes of waiting time after you first placed your order. We very much regret that your shopping experience with us was marred by such discrepancies.
