At 2:37 p.m. on the day in question you came to us with a companion, at 2:38 p.m. our daughter (who was starting school with the other two girls) greeted you and asked you for a moment. So your order was taken at 2:41 p.m. Here is also the crucial point: Unfortunately, it was not you, but your companion who ordered for both of you. And so there was a mistake in communication: your companion ordered a pineapple roll with banana filling in the bubbles for you, where you then realized after receiving the waffle that you wanted a banana roll instead. Something like this can happen if you don't order it yourself, but that's not a tragedy. Because our competent workforce, who was conducting training at the same time, improved it for you and you received your banana roll straight away - at 2:51 p.m., just 10 minutes of waiting time after you first placed your order. Given that there's always something going on here and the waffles are freshly prepared, that's very quick timing. Maybe it was just a misunderstanding on your part - because the lady who served you didn't pretend to be the boss, as you stated in your review. She is just the daughter of the owner. The lady also did her best to deal with it patiently and understandingly and always tries to resolve such misinterpretations in the order calmly and accommodatingly - there is absolutely no talk of “aggressiveness” here. We very much regret that your shopping experience with us was marred by such discrepancies. When you go to a restaurant in the future, you should order it yourself instead of having your companion do it for you. Because that way you actually get what you have in mind. :-)More
