The drinks were amazing and the staff were so nice and accommodating and made us feel welcomed to Bulgaria as we are new to the area. 10/10, will come back again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I ordered a waffle, I waited a long time and on top of that it was with a spoiled mixture, it tasted terrible and it went straight to the basket..... The two girls who were there behaved quite terribly... IT IS NOT ALLOWED to smoke e-cigarettes or cigarettes in the workplace and IT IS NOT ALLOWED to TALK ON THE PHONE when serving a customer I DO NOT RECOMMEND III I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!! I just regret that I went right there to order a waffle at Mall Galeria Burgas....... I was just shocked by what I saw..... I have no words..... If you don't take some action about the personnel working there, you will have to shut it down...

Terrible service. There were two female employees arguing with each other in front of the customers. The one who took our order was extremely grumpy and clearly demonstrated how unmotivated she was, there was a line of people and her movements were at the speed of a sloth. The taste is individual, but as a family we drank all three bubble teas that we ordered and we will not do it again.
