Don't bother coming here. They close early with no notice. It says that they close at 9:30pm on Friday, but doors are locked at 8:45pm. Staff are inside on their phones. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Highly recommend! The food here is great as always. Ordered the popcorn chicken and custom fried rice. The fried rice was very well seasoned and good enough to eat by itself, something other restaurants lack sometimes. The popcorn chicken was hot and tasty too. Nice quiet seating for a relaxing lunch. I randomly picked Bubble 88 for a late lunch after crossing the boarder with my mom. My mom ordered three spice chicken which was quite bad. The chicken was over fried so the meat was so dry. By the way, you are not supposed to fry the chicken for this dish. I ordered pork blood/intestine combo with not much stuff in it. Bring Canadian cash or a Canadian debit card or you would be like me paying US cash at face value, meaning I paid $35USD (cash) for a bill of $34.65CAD. In short, I was forced to tip 35% on a subpar lunch.
