Now finally tested the gastronomy at Brunetti. And was really disappointed (despite the many positive reviews here). You really expect more for a restaurant in this price range. The pizza: I was delighted at the first sight. But then Very dry, tight dough edge. The taste was close to the “baking powder dough”. The tomato sauce on the pizza tasted like unseasoned tomato paste. The dough in the middle - um, there was no dough left. Just so thin that I only ate toppings. The service: was very friendly. Unfortunately, that's not enough. We were left sitting in front of empty glasses for a long time. Ordering was usually only possible upon request. Oh dear-oh dear - drinks bring in the most money!!! And then you complain that you no longer make any sales... When drinks came, empty glasses, bottles and plates were simply left standing and the service staff left empty-handed... You had to pay at the counter after loudly drawing attention to yourself (okay, we were a group, but that's not appropriate in a restaurant in this price range) And please don’t justify this with a “shortage of skilled workers”. There are specialists in the catering industry - you just have to treat them accordingly. The ambience: far too crowded, far too narrow, far too warm, far too loud, absolute lack of oxygen. Then you'd rather have the Aldi TK stone oven pizza or go to the sappy pizzeria with red checkered tablecloths and the brisk waiter... (I criticize many things rightly, because I worked in the catering industry for many years even with training.) Great service! Warm welcome and despite the restaurant being full, a table was immediately provided with a welcome prosecco. The food was super tasty. I can only recommend the Brunetti!! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Tiramisu
