Very dissatisfied regarding a job interview! Firstly, the manager/employer arrived fifteen minutes late, then the conversation only lasted +/- 5 minutes... Everyone was asked questions such as, how old are you and what would you do if... Just for a moment, a job interview should last at least 15 to 20 minutes. As a result, you can make a mutual assessment of what you think of each other. Of course, the employer must also be able to make a decision whether you are welcome or not. In this case, the employer would contact you by telephone the day after the conversation. Unfortunately, I didn't hear anything... The young gentleman immediately called back after the message he received, with the information that he has hired someone else. Fine, of course that is allowed. But then be professional and keep your words. I just don't understand how you can choose between (for example two candidates) that you have only spoken to for 5 minutes per person...? How can you tell that one is better than the other? I don't really understand it... My tip is, if you are interested in a part-time job at Broodje Ben Delft, I would now prepare how you can best introduce yourself in a few minutes. Success!
