We were a big table (8.9 people), we ordered the food, and 20 minutes later only a pizza came, it happens again, so we ordered some more drinks and waited patiently for all the other dishes to come . Another 40 minutes passed (I looked at my watch) and there was no sign of the remaining food order. So I approach one of the staff, asking where the food is, to which he says he'll have a look. He comes back and tells me that the kitchen had a lot of takeaways to do and forgot/missed our order. The staff apologized and said that if we still wanted the food, the kitchen would start it as soon as possible and there would most likely be another 20-30 minutes of waiting. Absolutely not! It's a shame because the place was very nice and well-kept. Communication between the kitchen and front of house could use a little more communication. The member of staff apologized and said that if we still want the food, the kitchen will start it ASAP and will most likely be another 20...30 min wait. Absolutely not! It is a pity as the place was really nice and looked after. Communication between the kitchen and front of the house might require a bit more upskilling. I will not come back. Atmosphere: 5
