This place is atrocious, I ordered what was on the menu with a side salad. Was not told by the waitres that the salad was gona be substituted by the fries. Got burger and salad , no fries.. asked the waitres where was the fries. She stated it was substituted for the fries. I didn't ask for that, nor did ask if I wanted both. She assumed. So I got charged an extra $4.99 without explanation. I wanted the fries and salad and burger. Only got salad and burger. Bottom line is, it wasn't explained and the owner was a complete douche bag. The food sucked, the burger was chared, the salad was soggy. Anyone who advertises this place, has very low standards of food edicate. Will be filling a complaint with heath department .cause I saw rats in the exhaust system and cocaroaches in the bathroom. Cook/manager/owner , should pick a hat , Nd do it better then the other. Cooking sucks, managing sucks and as an owner, should know customer is always rite. #peelheatlh and everyone who wants to get sick Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have eaten at this restaurant for over a decade. It is easily the best sports bar& grill in Mississauga. Service is courteous and the owners are first rate. perhaps this Jgar should read the menu which clearly explains what it is …I have eaten at this restaurant for over a decade. Service is courteous and the owners are first rate. perhaps this Jgar should read the menu which clearly explains what it is included and what the additional charges are. He might also learn how to spell and learn some proper etiquette when disissatisfied. Apparently he enjoyed and finished his meal, and was reimbursed for the salad. I hope he never returns. The Bristol has hundreds of satisfied customers and we do not need or welcome rude people. More

I went there with my friends and catchup. And server kiran was amazing. She took care of us so nicely and politely. We all were really praising her . And food was exquisite. Totally recommend and ask for kiran if you can. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
