I go to Brezelbub more often because my child likes the butter pretzel. Til today. I've just been hit so stupidly by an unkempt, overwhelmed and unfriendly employee. Wasn't served for 5 minutes because I wasn't at the right end of the line. I waited patiently until all customers were served. So there was NO ONE at the stand who didn't have anything yet. It was then pointed out again that I was wrong. But it didn't make sense since there was no line. It was just harassment. I then explained to her that my son wanted to choose the pretzel and that's why he wouldn't budge. Since it's not particularly tasty or cheap or anything special there, we went next door to LeCrobag. I didn't want to be criticized for wanting to spend my money there. Zero child-friendly, zero service thought!

The pretzels are fine, and the only thing I'm even bothering about. The saleswoman with the red hair and glasses is often rude and likes to make a comment, and not for the first time. Today was the last straw and I'm not going here anymore. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
