The continuous research and selection of raw materials according to certain quality standards allows us to obtain a high quality product. Our dough is subjected to a leavening/maturation process of approximately 72 hours and this guarantees us a highly digestible product, furthermore it is rolled out on a base of corn flour in order to give it the right fragrance and crunchiness.
