If you allow me: what do you mean by overly seasoned first courses? A ravioli filled with burrata, with porcini mushrooms and truffle cream, what problem could it have? Too much salt? He could have warned us and we would have prepared the dish again. Was the ravioli with bacon and pistachio? Maybe same problem. Regarding the fillet, as written on the paper, it is national and of premium quality. 9 reviews out of 10 speak of an excellent quality fillet (we know this well) if, as you say, it arrived cold, just let us know.
