Boxcar Social is a great local café chain with impeccable vibes/ambiance and this location is still has all that, but Boxcar Social appears to have sold this location as it no longer appears on their website and it’s operating as 10 Dean instead

Lovely atmosphere. Can be busy during the afternoon, but not impossible to find a seat. It is perfect for working, but a bit noisy for meetings. Pastries and coffee is very good and staff is super nice and friendly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Drip Coffee

I have this place 5 for everything because first I love their latte and protein balls. Last summer I visited it regularly and my go to order always was latte. I would switch between croissant, protein balls and muffin though. They also have a bar but I never tried their cocktails.
