This is the first time we have encountered this type of problem, and we will make sure to correct it. Due to several incidents linked to bank card problems at the time of payment (voluntarily or not), or customers believing that they do not have to pay for their order due to a slight service delay, we have introduced (for several years) payment in advance to ensure the safety of our products and avoid losses. This also allows us to prevent situations where customers leave the establishment without paying. With the crowds we welcome, it is indeed difficult to follow precisely who has paid or not without this preventive measure. The delivery time for drinks depends on the crowd at the time of ordering, and it is technically impossible to predict it precisely in advance. However, rest assured that you will never wait 30 minutes, as can happen in some establishments. Our bar is responsive and strives to serve you as quickly as possible. Regarding ordering at the bar, we hope you understand the complexity of our organization. In the 18 years the establishment has been open, we have noticed that orders placed at the bar can sometimes be duplicates of those placed at the track, which creates confusion. To ensure fair service, orders are processed in the order they appear on the track screens. Allowing direct orders at the bar at the same time would disrupt this organization and disadvantage customers who have already ordered via the server. In addition, the bar staff are dedicated to preparing drinks; asking them to take orders would complicate the smoothness of the service.
