I ordered Burbon Chicken at Limeridge mall on Saturday night through door dash. They forgot one of my orders and when I called back was given attitude and the restaurant tried to blame it on door dash. Finally someone at the store brought food to my house and WAS THE WRONG meal. I have all my order information and when I call back AGAIN lady was SO rude and hung up on me!!!! The meal they sent to me was not even close to what I ordered and I have never bought that type of food from there. Please people DO NOT go to this store, customer service was GARBAGE and over charged food!!!!!!!! Horrible, unprofessional and lazy store workers!!!!!!! Disappointed!!!!!!!!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1

Complete waste of money. The blackened chicken is so bland. The noodles are okay but $13 for a bowl of noodles and gross chicken is terrible. The lady working at the counter was so rude, I did not know they don’t accept visa so I tried to use it and she yelled at me. Even when building my order she yelled at me to hurry up when trying to figure out which chicken I wanted, I was the only customer there, it was not busy and I had only looked at the options for about 3-5 seconds before being told to hurry up. She then kept repeating cash save 5%, I don’t have cash. The portion is not good compared to other bourbon st grill. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20
