Meh.. we tried Bounty Grill after reading the reviews it received. We got seated quickly but it took a long time to meet our server. She was an older lady with a thick accent who welcomed us but quickly asked to take our drink order like she had no time for us. The restaurant was almost empty as well. We gave her our drink order, took the menus and thanked her. We waited. And waited. When we watched her refilling other customers coffee cups we flagged her down and demanded our drinks as we had been waiting nearly 20 minutes. It was rude. She went back and grabbed our drinks. When she came back she said “oh you don’t have cream for your coffee” as we tried to tell her we did (our toddler was playing with them) she ran away again and returned with more cream. She then took our food orders. Every interaction we had with this lady was super fast and awkward. She acted like the restaurant was crammed full with customers who were waiting on her. She hardly looked at us, or said much of anything and rushed us along constantly. She was polite after the altercation with the drinks I should mention. I ordered the tater tot breakfast poutine. It was homefries, not tater tots. The homefries were ok, but not seasoned at all. We asked for hollandaise sauce on the side, it came cold. The orange juice was awful, although I never ordered freshly squeezed. We would not recommend or go again. Try the Muddy Duck next door.
