We are very inclined to listen to every negative comment, as you know or will discover we are the ones who ask you about the imperfection of the dish, the service or the welcome (thus trying to grow more and more), but we cannot ignore the false words that someone addresses to belittle the challenging and dedicated work of our kids. You can see how a single comment compared to dozens of others only brings contradiction and malice, our place is always clean (words written by you), much less our bathrooms. On the drain it says that it must be pressed several times, unfortunately this is how it works and in relation to this I would like to open a small collection to encourage people to read, like our little lion, who apparently also entered the wrong bathroom . As you know, our restaurant has a dairy that supplies buffalo mozzarella that is always fresh and if you sit in the restaurant this is combined with the dishes on a menu. Our waitress pointed out to the little lion that if he had taken a mozzarella separately he would no longer have favored the menu offering but the dairy would have taken over and therefore not possible to consume at the table, but apparently in addition to problems reading the our friend also has some understanding. Beyond the jokes, we expect our customers to behave in a respectful and polite manner, just like we address you. If a person, such as the person responsible for the negative comment, of whom we know perfectly well who he is, allows himself to behave in an arrogant and presumptuous way towards our waiters, insulting them and treating them badly, bypassing them and calling the owners' private number, he will be immediately removed from the premises, demanding an apology and knowing that he/she is no longer welcome. Respect comes first and will certainly not be overtaken by the threat of negative reviews. Our dishes and our pizza are delicious, our prices are relative to a great quality that we try to keep high.
