You complained about the portion of rabbit huntsman style (the same one that chef Bruno Barbieri had tried two days earlier, but you couldn't have known...) and we immediately brought you two more pieces without charging you for them. You have complained about the taste of chicory, attributing the "aftertaste" to poor quality oil; both the chef and the assistant chef tasted your vegetables and found nothing strange. Furthermore, it was at least the fifth helping of sautéed chicory we served today, bringing back empty plates and compliments; perhaps you are used to frozen vegetable cubes and can't stand the taste of wild vegetables. We suggested replacing it with chard, spinach or another side dish of your choice, without taking it into account, but you refused, saying loudly that we would also ruin those with our oil (an extra virgin olive oil DOP, for the news), therefore we proceeded to remove it from the bill, apologizing for the inconvenience. In short, precisely to keep the Easter Monday climate calm, out of respect for you and, above all, for the other guests (certainly calmer than the tone of voice of the gray-haired gentleman who was constantly complaining), we tried to accommodate you in everything, but evidently it is not enough (we leave aside, for the sake of decency, the story of the choice of the type of rabbit, which took place after a long birth, complete with second thoughts, list of ingredients, lesson on "cacciatora", "frying pan", "boned" and "roast", differences between panzanella from Orvieto, Tuscany and Campania...). You have rejected every solution proposed, probably because for you the pleasure of a low review is greater than that of a beautiful and peaceful experience at the table. We hope you liked the rest of the city (and the world) more, unfortunately we can't know, since you opened an account specifically for this specific review.
