We got there and we got our drinks and food in a flash, but the restaurant was so dirty and no one came to our table to ask for drinks refills, just to ask us if we needed a box to pack our leftovers, and no drinks refills, but the other guests were getting proper treatment . Second crappy service and the place is famous for their food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Friday evening with my daughter and granddaughter decided to go to Boston Pizza my granddaughters favorite place. I ordered the Royal Hawaiian, extra pineapple. I ended up getting something with chicken (my one dislike) when I mentioned the mistake to my server Matt he immediately acknowledged and had my pizza remade (it was delish) and brought me a Cesar salad so i didn't have to wait while everyone else ate. Matt told me I would not be charged for my pizza or the salad. It's been a long time since I have received service like this and it was very appreciated. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
