I had a bad experience at Boston pizza a few weeks ago and I put into reviews. What happened? And the manager? The place called me to discuss what happened and we came to a conclusion that it was most likely a bad product and he was more than happy to rectify the situation and I would like to say thank you very much for calling me and talking with me and getting to the bottom of it.
