I just ordered a wings combo , it was cold I picked up within 10 min of ordering so it would be hot I thought, no celery or carrots either, neither wings or fries were crispy, I called and they said they couldn’t help me if it was ordered from Skip, total waste of $20.59, it went in the garbage Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

We visited for dinner this evening and it was a lacklustre experience to say the least. We wanted to watch the ufc fights but they weren’t showing them (we often go to the other bp location which is much better). They have changed the menu and now anything new on the menu cannot be modified which is honestly terrible, especially if you have any dietary restrictions. The service was mediocre at best, the server did not keep an eye on all of the beverages and only offered another beverage to the fountain drinks, and not even water to the rest of us who finished our drinks. Had to ask for cutlery and napkins when food arrived. The food was not good, salmon undercooked in a rushed effort to get it to the table, and tacos were cold. Didn’t want to ruin the vibes with our friends so we just sucked it up but we definitely will choose elsewhere for our next meet up. I am not usually one to give a poor rating but $70 for mid food and service, not worth it in my opinion. Sorry Boston pizza, you can do better.
