My wife and I had a lovely dinner at this establishment for our Anniversary. The wait staff were absolutely fantastic! The service was great and the food was splendid. We completely understood(for a Tuesday)going in, they looked busy and understaffed. We weren't in a rush, but the woman at the table beside us was in a rush and was incredibly rude to all the waiting staff. I can't recall a single time this customer actually revealed a smile(that wasn't fake)for any interaction with anyone. Our waitress Leah was on point with every interaction we had with her. No complaints at all. She didn't mess up our order, always smiling and had a good kick in her step. Leah hauled ass and showed up to work! Leah did not deserve the treatment from that Karen interaction and koodos to the manager Katt for sticking up for her staff. I highly recommend this Boston Pizza and we will definitely be going back in the near future. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
