I came by for a visit on July 27 around 4 pm with my family. While the food was excellent and met our expectations, the service wasn’t great. Our waitress was extremely rude and impatient throughout our visit. There was no need to rush because it wasn’t busy at all. We noticed she was smiling and laughing with other customers but not with us, as if she was holding a grudge against us for no reason. Her attitude was unwelcoming and made our dining experience unpleasant. It was only when we were about to pay that she improved her attitude. We typically tip our servers, but given her poor service, we decided not to. Her reaction was to throw the receipt at the table and run off, which was highly unprofessional and only reinforced our decision not to tip. This isn't our first time coming to Boston Pizza.
