Welcoming environment, a space for children with the presence of a person. Friendly and helpful staff even if with little experience due to their young age. My first experience. There are many doubts about food. Among the diners present at my table, all those who chose the pizzas did not like them, mainly due to the processing of the dough. Whoever took the fried Sicilian found on the cutting board an oval sheet of pizza dough no more than one cm/1.5 cm high, flattened, with a thin layer of cheese inside and an excessive/absurd quantity of anchovies. Those who took the trio of meat or the porchetta were not satisfied. The schnitzel and the horse meat hamburger are good. Given the price list and what is written above, I would say that the quality/price ratio is not there on average. Parking difficulty. Tonight I was with my wife and some friends at the Boss & Wife pizzeria restaurant and I must say that it was a fantastic experience. The location is wonderful, perfect for both adults and children, with large spaces and green areas. The place is new, modern and tastefully stylised. The pizza is excellent, in authentic Neapolitan style, prepared with tumminia flour, cereals and re-grinding, which gives it an ancient and delicious flavour. There are many flavors to choose from, all generously stuffed with high-quality ingredients. The cooking is perfect, neither too cooked nor too raw. The service is excellent: the staff is friendly and very fast. A really pleasant place that I highly recommend. Not to be missed!
