New table in Bovernier, which is operated by our friends Carron, operator of the Toules dam who has taken up residence for the winter here, as a dab, a nice, family restaurant and with respect for customers. I advise you Specialty Caquelon Bonaparte and Wild Boar on a spit, reservations for groups requested. A friendly place where you can just stop for a drink and leave as well as stay there for a long time thanks to the quality of the service and the very friendly customers. Not much catering in terms of food because the place is more of a bar than a restaurant, however their tartare is excellent, as are their wines. I also highly recommend the foie gras that the owner prepares as the holidays approach, it's a real treat. Price per person: CHF 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
