Stopped by Blu Bar on Via Guido Castelnuovo and left a bit disappointed. The service was barely acceptable—polite enough but inattentive and rushed. The espresso was over-roasted and harsh, lacking the smooth richness you’d expect in Rome. I also ordered an Americano, but it came out so light it was practically flavored water — no depth, no aroma, no real coffee character at all. Not the worst café experience, but definitely not one I’d go out of my way to repeat. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: €1–10
