Dear Block House team, I would like to share my experience on my last visit to your restaurant. I have noticed that the quality of the food has significantly deteriorated. Although the food is still good, it is no longer up to the standard I experienced 30 or 40 years ago when I first ate at Block House. I recently went to Block House Othmarschen with my wife. It took almost 15 minutes for a manager to attend to us and offer us a table for two. Luckily we finally got a table. The waitress who served us was friendly, but there is an urgent need for improvements in the ambience and furnishings. The current furnishings appear old-fashioned and uninviting. These antiquated elements significantly reduce the overall result. I strongly believe that the Block House would benefit from a modern, contemporary design. A fresh ambience could significantly improve the overall dining experience and encourage guests to return more often. I hope my comments are helpful and can help make the Block House a fun place to spend time again. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
