The staff of this coffee shop, especially the nighttime staff are being harassed, bullied, threatened and intimidated by the practices of a couple of perpetrators that are not allowed on premise yet choose to come on and defy the instructions of the staff and threaten them and open bathroom doors with a credit card, use the coffee shop to charge their phones, electrical devices, dirty the place with their garbage, bring outside goods to the coffee shop, annoy customers and make them uncomfortable roll and smoke cannabis on site inside the coffee shop, knowing that these guys are banned from entering the coffee shop yet they come back to trespass, intimidate, harass, dirty, threaten as if the police department is non existent, this is despicable, nighttime staff are terrorized by the Practices of these individuals and something has to be really done quickly to stop this non sense, this lawlessness and disregard for the laws and the incompetence of the police department in using their discretion to reprimand and deter these perpetrators, smoking and selling drugs and harassing clients The owner of this blenz coffee shod seriously take the initiative to deter these aggressive individuals that are aggravating, antagonizing the staff and the clients alike. The franchise has a mandate to protect its staff that are continuously being bullied by those disgusting bunch affecting daily business, revenue and well being of clients and workers. Watch the audacity of this perpetrator smoking weed inside the coffee shop and leaving his trash and the garbage he brought with him inside despite having been banned months ago from entering the premise. VPD’s answer, Oh we can’t do anything is not acceptable, in fact it’s a booster to the perpetrators to come in and bully and intimidate and take what they want by force and leave. Any staff injury will be a liability on the employer the landlord and the franchise.. This is sickening Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
