Disappointing experience, unfortunately. The place is nice, the staff is friendly, but on the food (sandwiches in this case)... we're not quite there! Absolutely unsuitable bread (too mushy and dry), good quality hamburger but over-cooked and therefore dry, tasty sauces but nothing exceptional, pulled pork (also cooked at a low temperature) absolutely to be forgotten: practically boiled and chopped meat badly therefore stringy and also sadly dry. I'm sorry but you have to know how to make a sandwich too: it's of no use if you throw in all the food from the kitchen... We ate it, yes... but simply out of hunger (the tired mountain)! I would recommend reducing the quantities a little and playing a little more with the interaction of the ingredients. Good luck Bistrot Piano B!
