Reflecting on my recent dining experience at this establishment, I find it necessary to provide a comprehensive review for the benefit of potential patrons. From the moment we stepped through the door, it was evident that our presence was not entirely welcomed. Despite being in a predominantly white area, the discomfort exhibited by the waiter towards my party, who are people of color, was palpable. Service was lackluster, to say the least. We were left unattended for an unacceptable amount of time, prompting us to take matters into our own hands by approaching the counter directly. Even then, the response was sluggish, leaving us to endure a prolonged period of hunger and anticipation. When our food finally arrived, it was a disheartening sight. The burger, touted as a house specialty, was a dismal rendition of what a burger should be. Dry, flavorless, and utterly devoid of any culinary appeal, it was a stark reminder of the exorbitant prices we had paid for such subpar fare. The discord within the restaurant only intensified as the evening progressed. The manager's heavy-handed approach to handling a simple request for a song further underscored the uncomfortable atmosphere that pervaded the entire dining experience. In summary, my visit to this restaurant was marred by poor service, unappetizing food, and an overall lack of hospitality. While I am hopeful that these issues can be rectified in the future, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone seeking an enjoyable dining experience. This place is the best I have tried in town! They make a Greek salad look espectacular and taste even better. The pizza was made in a wood burning oven which adds a lovely flavour. But the best about BistroBistro was the very attentive and friendly waiter. I would give 10 starts if I could!
